What you'll do

• Lead and support production employees on the manufacturing floor
• drive safety, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
• monitor production schedules and staffing
• troubleshoot production and personnel issues
• train team members
• coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management
• help improve shift efficiency and workflow.
