Compensation is $20–$22 per year. The Key Holder — Feature Calabasas role is onsite, part-time, and hourly, with work locations in Calabasas and Studio City, CA; FEATURE sells limited-edition footwear, premium apparel, and accessories from more than 120 brands. The key holder supports store operations and customer experience, serving as a trusted point of contact when management is unavailable. The role helps maintain inventory accuracy, merchandising standards, sales-floor readiness, and team performance through operational support, customer service, and training.

What you'll do

• Support opening and closing procedures, reports, and asset security
• act as key holder and point of contact when management is unavailable
• enforce store policies
• support outbound online orders and sweeps
• receive and organize shipments
• maintain merchandise tagging, placement, and inventory organization
• assist with cycle counts, audits, variances, and loss prevention
• support visual standards and sales
• process transactions, returns, and exchanges
• operate and troubleshoot POS systems
• assist with onboarding and training
• maintain store cleanliness and readiness.
