What you'll do

• Build the powder coating department, including equipment selection and process development
• manage daily production schedules
• order and manage powder paint and inventory
• oversee color changeovers, washing, application, and curing
• troubleshoot equipment
• manage personnel, supplies, and preventive maintenance
• review part quality
• coordinate packaging and workflow with other departments
• maintain safety and housekeeping procedures.
