Service Support Representative

Job overview

What you'll do

• Coordinate incoming service requests
• process and route work orders
• generate and maintain purchase orders
• complete maintenance billing closeouts
• support customer payments and accounts receivable
• provide backup support for quotes and proposals
• maintain reports and service records
• collaborate with technicians, accounting, sales, project teams, and service management.
