What you'll do

• Respond to resident requests and call lights, relay needs to nursing staff, and check in with skilled nursing residents during shifts.
• Welcome new residents and visitors, help orient residents to rooms and the facility, and assist with making beds and organizing rooms.
• Provide scheduled water and snack passes, clean and disinfect non-clinical equipment and high-touch surfaces, remove trash as needed, and keep mobility equipment and common areas clean and organized.
• Complete assigned rounds and follow facility safety, infection-control, privacy, and other policies.
