Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Process and follow up on customer calls
• take and place phone and email orders
• send order acknowledgements, invoices, receipts, and tracking information
• create purchase orders, quotes, and Excel files
• maintain invoice and contract records
• request freight quotes
• notify the warehouse about orders ready to ship
• answer and direct calls
• maintain order forms and pricing
• set up suppliers, items, and customers in the ERP system
• perform administrative duties.
