The Evening and Weekend HVAC Customer Service Dispatcher position is onsite in Fredericksburg, VA, with pay of $17–$19 per hour. The role supports a growing home service company by serving as a first point of contact for customers. The dispatcher coordinates technician schedules and customer communications so service visits and schedule changes are managed effectively. The role also handles incoming inquiries and follows up with customers and technicians throughout the workday.

What you'll do

• Schedule and dispatch technicians using software, email and phones
• handle incoming calls, schedule appointments and make follow-up calls
• respond to leads and promote memberships with outbound calls during slow periods
• update customers and technicians on order status and scheduling changes
• monitor customer texts and online leads
• track technician routes and prioritize schedules
• share traffic and job information with technicians
• debrief technicians
• enter data and maintain call and activity records
• confirm next-day appointments.

Why this role

Typical shifts are 10:00 AM–7:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM on assigned weekends. Previous dispatching experience is beneficial but not required.
