What you'll do
- Lead legal support for real estate acquisitions, M&A, and debt financing.
- Manage external counsel and coordinate construction-related agreements.
- Negotiate commercial leases and tenant disputes.
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management.
- Support fund documentation and investor relations.
- Handle general in-house legal matters including vendor agreements and entity formation.
- Advise on regulatory matters and support compliance standards.
