What you'll do

• Coordinate and inspect maintenance staff work
• schedule work
• monitor budgets and expenses
• support annual operating budgets and capital plans
• ensure hotel equipment and systems operate properly, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, pool, kitchen, and laundry systems
• handle maintenance requests
• hire, train, supervise, and coach associates
• communicate building and equipment conditions
• supervise external contractors
• follow company policies.
