Data Governance Analyst

What you'll do

• Design and maintain enterprise data governance policies, standards, and practices
• develop data quality validation, profiling, and governance controls
• build SQL-driven checks and automated validation routines
• maintain metadata repositories, business glossaries, data dictionaries, and lineage documentation
• partner with stakeholders on data standards
• support AI and advanced analytics with governed data assets
• implement lineage, versioning, traceability, and explainability processes
• analyze and remediate data integration and quality issues
• collaborate with Finance, Operations, Actuarial, IT, and other teams.
