Director of Finance

What you'll do

• Partner with executive leaders on mergers, acquisitions, and growth opportunities
• support due diligence, valuation, integration planning, and post-transaction reporting
• direct financial statements and management reporting
• oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and close processes
• lead budgeting and forecasting
• develop financial models and KPI dashboards
• oversee cash flow and liquidity
• maintain controls and accounting policies
• coordinate audits
• ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance
• lead and develop finance and accounting staff.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including five years of leadership experience. Wealth management, asset management, financial services, or RIA experience is strongly preferred.
