Investments Associate, Site Acquisitions and Development

What you'll do

• Review site acquisitions and development projects
• qualify potential opportunities with internal stakeholders and third parties
• lead financial modeling and underwriting
• maintain project and consolidated return models
• track project budgets and forecasts
• prepare board investment memos and reporting
• coordinate due diligence
• evaluate power, land, entitlements, construction costs, and incentives
• research data center markets.
