Network Technician

What you'll do

• Respond to ServiceNow incident tickets
• install and recover cabling and power leads
• install, remove, or swap equipment
• identify network circuits and switch ports
• troubleshoot network and telecommunications devices
• perform IMAC activities for LAN and voice devices
• support fiber, copper, Wi-Fi, microwave, radio, VSAT, cellular, and other listed systems
• follow change management, safety, security, audit, business continuity, and disaster recovery procedures
• collaborate across teams to restore services.
