The Lead Service Technician is an onsite role based in Wickatunk, NJ, with a pay range of $25.08 – $35.12 per hour. The role exists to coordinate daily tasks and routines, serving as a primary point of contact for customers and a resource for drivers. The technician conducts quality control audits, assists with safety meetings, and ensures that all service guidelines are met to maintain customer satisfaction and operational safety.

What you'll do

• Conduct random quality control audits on portable restrooms, sinks, and holding tanks.
• Assist with accident investigations and safety tailgate meetings.
• Serve as a resource for drivers regarding vehicle issues and report deficiencies.
• Act as a primary contact for customer service issues.
• Assist with training and re-training of drivers.
• Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections.
• Operate service trucks to and from work sites.
• Maintain truck logs according to regulations.
