Restorative Aide

What you'll do

• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength
• monitor and record progress and report changes to the healthcare team
• prepare and clean therapy equipment and treatment areas
• support daily tasks that restore independence
• transport patients to therapy sessions
• educate patients and families about recovery and home exercises
• help develop and implement individualized care plans
• provide encouragement and emotional support.
