Central Supply Coordinator

Job overview

The Central Supply Coordinator role is onsite in Lakeland, FL, with pay of $19 per hour. The work includes organizing and storing supplies, tracking inventory, checking orders and deliveries, following up with vendors, and reporting supply needs.

What you'll do

• Prepare and submit purchase orders
• verify invoices, orders, and packing slips
• maintain inventory records
• organize and store supplies and equipment
• monitor usage and shortages
• coordinate vendor returns and delayed shipments
• notify departments about special orders
• deliver emergency supplies as directed
• provide updated safety data sheets
• answer staff questions.
