TRIRIGA/MREF Business Consultant

Job overview

The TRIRIGA/MREF Business Consultant is a full-time onsite role in Washington, DC, with occasional telework; compensation is $120,000–$145,000 per year. The Building People supports an organization’s transition from IBM TRIRIGA to Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF). The consultant assesses the current TRIRIGA environment, advises stakeholders on modernization, and supports migration readiness, data quality, and business-process planning. This work helps prepare facilities, real property, workplace, and asset-management operations for future MREF capabilities.

What you'll do

• Assess TRIRIGA processes, workflows, data, reporting, integrations, and system use
• identify gaps and recommend improvements
• advise stakeholders and leadership on modernization priorities
• support MREF migration readiness, requirements, roadmaps, and risk tracking
• assess, validate, cleanse, and prepare data
• document current- and future-state processes, requirements, workflows, and procedures
• contribute to future facilities and asset-management planning.
