What you'll do

• Perform routine kitchen tasks and follow prep lists
• label and stock ingredients
• measure ingredients and seasonings
• wash and chop vegetables and cut meat
• set up workstations
• perform basic cooking duties and prepare simple dishes
• wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash
• store food properly
• follow nutrition and sanitation guidelines
• perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
