The cleaner performs daily housekeeping in offices, bathrooms, amenities, common areas, and vacant apartments; maintains pool-house spaces and towels; and builds rapport with residents while working with the site team.

What you'll do

• Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces, and common areas
• clean vacant apartments after move-outs
• organize pool-house areas and replace used towels
• maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• remove debris and empty public trash
• clean elevators and lobbies
• follow company policies and Fair Housing laws.
