What you'll do

• Provide strategic leadership for quality, patient safety, risk management, infection prevention, employee health, medical staff services, credentialing, privileging, governance, and regulatory compliance
• develop and evaluate hospital-wide improvement initiatives
• establish and monitor metrics
• lead event investigation and corrective action planning
• ensure regulatory compliance
• oversee policies and procedures
• analyze clinical outcomes and patient safety data
• report to leadership and governing bodies
• collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders
• educate staff
• direct and mentor assigned teams.
