What you'll do

• Lead client, team, and project coordination across multiple projects
• manage delivery from feasibility and due diligence through design, documentation, approvals, construction administration, and close-out
• coordinate landlords, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• lead site surveys, entitlement support, code and accessibility reviews
• guide design development and construction documents
• navigate building and zoning approvals
• apply brand standards
• provide technical problem solving
• mentor team members
• communicate with clients and stakeholders.
