The Part-Time Caregiver role is onsite in Homestead, FL, with pay of $16.32–$21.21 per hour. Redlands Christian Migrant Association provides childcare and early education programs in Florida communities. Working as part of a teaching team, the caregiver provides a safe, nurturing classroom environment and developmentally appropriate activities. The role supports young children’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development while partnering with families and maintaining classroom safety and required program standards.

What you'll do

• Create a warm, secure, and socially supportive environment for young children
• follow daily schedules and plans supporting physical, social, and cognitive growth
• maintain a safe and healthy classroom and outdoor environment
• engage with families
• manage the classroom
• follow RCMA funding and Department of Children and Families requirements.
