Line Cook

What you'll do

• Prepare salads, raw bar platters, pizzas, fried dishes, and desserts as assigned
• follow chef prep lists and recipes
• complete daily preparation before service
• operate kitchen equipment to prepare ingredients
• check production and record requirements
• follow sanitation, allergen, food-handling, and safety guidelines
• maintain quality, temperature, and portion standards
• store, label, and rotate food
• clean and sanitize stations and equipment
• for food-truck duties, prepare and cook to order, help set up and break down, and communicate inventory needs.
