What you'll do

• Manage a team of 20–30 canvassers, set goals, and hold staff accountable
• train and support staff
• identify and develop team leaders
• foster an equitable and respectful team culture
• implement quality-control measures
• canvass in the field a few days per week to register voters and train staff
• maintain a safe work environment
• develop plans to reach target voters and constituencies
• handle reporting, record keeping, payroll processing, and materials distribution.
