What you'll do

• Greet customers
• manage phone, email, and text communications
• assist with first notice of loss and insurance claim setup
• schedule estimates, repairs, and drop-off appointments
• check in vehicles and take basic photos
• provide repair status updates
• communicate with technicians and management
• organize customer files
• process payments
• maintain a clean and stocked front office.
