Underground Construction Estimator. Dynamic Concepts, Inc., a growing underground, utility infrastructure company is seeking a Construction Estimator. This position will provide estimating for all aspects of construction. Estimator will understand the terms and scope of the construction contract, correspond and negotiate on behalf of the company and subcontract negotiations and purchasing.
