What you'll do

• Assist with preparing and serving meals, snacks, and special diets
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen in accordance with infection control standards
• assist with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• record patient and resident food intake and preferences
• coordinate with the dietary team to meet dietary needs and restrictions
• participate in in-service training and continuing education.
