What you'll do

• Plan craft activities with the Project Superintendent
• coordinate work with other superintendents
• review plans for errors and potential cost savings
• monitor budgets and safety compliance
• coordinate material deliveries with Project Engineers
• supervise foremen to ensure work is safe, professional, within specifications, and within budget
• work with foremen and the Project Manager to document change orders and extra work.
