The role supports New Energy Equity’s real estate operations and solar project development. The manager reviews title and survey materials, prepares standard transaction documents, and supports diligence and site-control work. The role helps identify and address issues that could impede project development while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with senior real estate staff and attorneys.

What you'll do

• Review title commitments, reports, exceptions, and ALTA surveys
• identify risks and recommend mitigation for senior review
• assist with routine title defects
• support real estate diligence for financing transactions
• draft and revise standard real estate documents using company templates
• assist with negotiations
• obtain third-party approvals and track items to closing
• maintain transaction records
• support reporting, templates, and process improvements
• perform legal research as requested
• maintain or obtain a Maryland notary commission.
