What you'll do
- Manage assigned claims caseload.
- Partner with vendors and internal business partners.
- Investigate damages through research.
- Identify coverage concerns and SIU referrals.
- Negotiate claims settlement.
- Maintain claim file documentation.
- Apply knowledge of estimating platforms like Xactimate.
- Support CAT response operations.
