The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, and is full-time. Pay is $75,000–$85,000 per year. Open Cities Health Center provides integrated primary care services to diverse and underserved populations. The therapist provides evidence-based behavioral health care within an integrated primary care setting. Through assessment, therapy, crisis intervention, care coordination, and collaboration with medical providers, the role supports whole-person care and patient outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered approaches
• conduct psychosocial assessments, screenings, diagnostic evaluations, and crisis and risk assessments
• develop treatment and safety plans
• provide brief interventions, SBIRT, crisis intervention, care coordination, and referrals
• collaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams
• maintain accurate and compliant electronic medical record documentation
• fulfill mandated reporting and Duty to Warn responsibilities
• participate in consultation, quality improvement, audits, peer review, training, and program development.

Why this role
