What you'll do

• Oversee daily service delivery operations
• ensure projects and programs meet scope, schedule, and quality standards
• serve as senior contact for enterprise customers
• establish governance, KPIs, and escalation processes
• mentor delivery managers and project leaders
• monitor profitability, utilization, and forecasts
• improve delivery frameworks and tools
• coordinate project handoffs
• identify risks and lead mitigation and executive communications
• support long-term delivery strategy, automation, talent planning, and client expansion.
