What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and direct patient-care activities across acute care, cardiopulmonary, nutritional services, environmental services, pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology
• oversee emergency preparedness
• recommend clinical policies and performance standards
• support regulatory and licensing compliance
• monitor reporting-services budgets and financial performance
• equip department managers for personnel-management functions
• build collaborative relationships with hospitals, community agencies, and nursing programs
• champion LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement.

Why this role
