Senior Project Manager, Mission Critical Construction

The Senior Project Manager, Mission Critical Construction role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is $125,000–$200,000 per year. What you'll do

• Review construction plans, specifications, and estimates
• establish project objectives and standards
• organize project materials, documentation, RFIs, and closeout records
• monitor construction activities, schedule, budget, and risks
• manage contract financials, costing reports, and change orders
• represent the company in project meetings
• mentor project managers and field employees
• coordinate electrical design with VDC/BIM
• support safety and quality programs
• and coordinate workforce and material management.
