Job overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Gastonia, NC, with pay of $35.50–$41.16 per hour, plus shift differentials as applicable. Belmont Health & Rehabilitation provides resident-centered skilled nursing and long-term care. The RN plans and delivers nursing interventions based on individual resident needs, evaluates outcomes, and coordinates care with residents, families, physicians, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation therapists. The role also supports safe, compliant care through medication administration, documentation, and monitoring changes in residents’ conditions.
What you'll do
- Provide nursing care according to standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable guidelines
- plan and monitor nursing interventions
- evaluate care effectiveness and develop alternative interventions
- educate residents and families
- administer medications and treatments
- transcribe physician orders and document progress
- report changes in condition
- identify skin changes and follow protocols
- order and report diagnostic tests
- coordinate rehabilitation with therapists
- monitor CNA documentation and assignments.

Why this role
Active state RN license and CPR/BLS certification required. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Full-time sign-on bonus of $10,000 is stated as limited-time; shifts listed are 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., 11 p.m.–7 a.m., and weekends.
