What you'll do

• Lead the estimating function and team
• set estimating priorities, schedules, procedures, and standards
• direct or perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• analyze drawings, specifications, scopes, and contract requirements
• solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• prepare and review proposals
• assess project risk, constructability, resources, and profitability
• lead bid/no-bid evaluations and pricing recommendations
• review estimates for scope and compliance
• support project turnover and cost-impact reviews
• mentor estimating staff
• maintain estimating data and performance metrics.
