What you'll do

• Perform and document resident care and services according to the individual service plan
• report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing
• respond to emergency calls and resident alarms
• facilitate activities as required
• serve meals or feed residents as required
• perform cleaning and laundry as necessary
• fill open shifts as necessary
• monitor and document vital signs
• provide medication reminders or management according to the plan and current training and delegations.
