The Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver — Overnight role is onsite in Sterling, VA, with a sample schedule of three to four nights from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. Interim HealthCare provides in-home care to help seniors live safely at home. The caregiver provides one-to-one personal care and support, helping clients with daily activities, mobility, meals, and companionship. The role also monitors and documents client condition and communicates concerns to a supervisor to support safe care at home.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
• help with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• provide medication reminders
• document client condition and notify a supervisor of concerns
• maintain safe, unobstructed pathways
• participate in clients’ preferred activities.

Why this role

Virginia Home Care Aide registration, CPR certification, COVID-19 vaccination card, valid driver’s license, and current TB test or X-ray required; six months of healthcare experience preferred.
