• Learn to set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders alongside a mentor
• read blueprints and apply GD&T
• learn Mastercam and machine-control programming
• machine small-run parts and tooling to tight tolerances
• inspect work in process
• and progress from running parts toward owning a job.
