Field Service Technician (Entry-Level)

What you'll do

• Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic repairs of transformers, circuit breakers, and low- and medium-voltage switchgear
• perform basic diagnostics
• support service calls under senior technicians
• assist with customer equipment training
• record service activities
• track time and inventory
• help resolve minor issues remotely with guidance
• follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
• participate in safety training and audits. The posting states frequent travel, occasional overnight stays, overtime, weekends, and on-call schedules.
