What you'll do

• Record entries in flow sheets and charts
• report changes in resident condition
• measure and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output
• assist with meals and activities of daily living
• support bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, and toileting
• follow infection-control procedures
• observe and report skin concerns
• participate in care planning and shift reports
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• maintain resident-care equipment and safety.
