What you'll do

• Conduct patient assessments, including histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations
• develop and manage treatment plans with physicians and care teams
• provide care in assigned clinic, hospital, ICU, specialty-unit, or community settings
• perform or assist with specialty procedures as appropriate, with training and supervision as needed
• order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results
• monitor progress and adjust care plans
• document care in the EHR
• coordinate transitions, discharge planning, follow-up, and referrals
• communicate with patients, families, and care professionals
• participate in on-call coverage, rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, or nights as required
• serve as a clinical resource and educator.
