What you'll do

• Reconcile credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy, room charges, bills, and cash drawer activity
• handle guest inquiries, complaints, reservations, and check-ins
• coordinate housekeeping, security, and service requests
• prepare reports
• perform administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures.
