What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and interventions
• deliver medical nutrition therapy in alignment with CMS and AHCA standards
• complete charting for initial, quarterly, annual, post-hospitalization, and significant-change reviews
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings
• conduct kitchen, supplement, and dining audits and lead QAPI initiatives
• oversee dietary services and accurate menu implementation
• offer telehealth consultations and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices.
