RISE Program Manager

Job overview

The RISE Program Manager role is based in Willimantic, CT, with at least two office days per week and driving across Hartford, Middlesex, New London, and Windham Counties. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 per year. Project Genesis provides vocational services for people with disabilities. The role leads the RISE vocational services program and develops employment and career exploration opportunities for clients. It coordinates staff, employer partnerships, client placements, program quality, and financial and contract requirements to support employment outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, train, and support Job Coaches and Job Developers
• develop employer relationships and job opportunities
• coordinate vocational services, placements, interviews, and job development
• work with BRS counselors and referral partners
• monitor satisfaction, outcomes, documentation, and contract requirements
• manage schedules, workloads, staffing, revenue, expenses, and billing
• promote services through outreach
• maintain accurate records and compliance.
