Baler Operator — 1st and 2nd Shifts

The Baler Operator role is onsite in Findlay, OH. Pay is $18 per hour for first shift and $18.50 per hour for second shift. Accurate counts, paperwork, housekeeping, and prompt reporting of equipment or safety concerns help the team maintain safe and reliable operations.

What you'll do

• Safely operate industrial baling equipment
• process and crush materials according to procedures
• load and unload materials using a depalletizing system
• inspect and report production counts and quality
• maintain a clean work area
• complete production paperwork
• report equipment or safety concerns
• work with the team toward daily production goals.
