Senior Field Service Technician - EV Charging Tier III

What you'll do

• Resolve Tier I/II escalations and perform component-level repairs
• interpret PLC, CAN, and OCPP logs
• provide remote support to junior technicians
• commission and test new installations
• perform preventive maintenance and field upgrades
• track territory uptime and repair metrics
• identify repeat-fault patterns and document fixes
• mentor technicians
• follow electrical safety procedures
• complete field reports.
