What you'll do

• Perform floor care, preventive maintenance, and requested repairs
• clean and inspect ventilation and HVAC equipment
• replace bulbs and move furniture
• complete patching and painting
• maintain courtyards and clear walkways of ice and snow
• check and test emergency generators
• conduct building and grounds rounds
• support inspections, fire drills, security checks, and emergency procedures
• follow safety, infection-control, and confidentiality requirements.
