What you'll do

• Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to Tier 1 Service Specialists
• diagnose escalated technical issues
• support business applications, virtual environments, and network issues
• implement Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
• engineer and deploy system solutions
• communicate incident progress and scheduled changes to clients
• document configurations and troubleshooting
• conduct system reviews and recommend performance and security improvements
• support disaster recovery
• configure and manage firewalls and VPNs
• pursue relevant certifications.
