The Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) role is onsite in Newark, OH, with compensation of $19.83–$23.89 per hour. I Am Boundless is a nonprofit serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and describes its mission as realizing the potential of all people. As part of OhioRISE Care Coordination and the Child and Family Team, the PRSS uses lived experience to support youth and families facing behavioral health challenges, substance use, or system navigation. The role promotes engagement, self-advocacy, and participation in individualized services through strengths-based, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented support.

What you'll do

• Provide peer support to youth and families using lived experience

• collaborate with Care Coordinators, providers, and the Child and Family Team in care planning and service delivery.
